Day 10. Belgium - Tunisia. South Korea - Mexico. Germany - Sweden.

Pasamela!

Day 10.

Game 27, 28, and 29.

Belgium - Tunisia
June 23rd 13:00

Game two in group G begins with leaders Belgium facing Tunisia. Belgium will be expecting to go into their crunch game against England on form, and a game against minnows Tunisia may be the perfect springboard.

Last Time:
Lukaku to score again

Belgium 3-0 Panama
Tunisia 1-2 England

Belgium coasted past Panama in their opening match thanks to a brace from target man Romelu Lukaku. After a slow first half, the Belgians were able to break down Panama as they tired as the game went on. Expect much of the same against Tunisia, as Belgian kept the ball brilliantly with the tireless midfield of De Bruyne and Axel Witsel pulling the strings. Lukaku was as dangerous as ever, and could have had more, if not for the good efforts of Jaime Penedo in the Panama goal.
Khazri to announce himself?
Tunisia suffered a late defeat to England in their opening match. The Tunisians were lucky to go into half time level after an England onslaught and a dubious penalty decision in Tunisia's favour. However, they came into their own in the second half and could have easily nicked a winning goal. They conceded only a few chances, but were eventually beaten by a late Harry Kane goal from a set piece. Wahbi Khazri didn't perform, but will be Tunisia's main man again and their best chance to grab a goal.

Pre Match Predictions:
Tunisia should be expecting a similar match to their last against England. They know a loss will mean they are all but out of the tournament with England facing Panama on the 24th. Belgium will be piling on the pressure throughout and should find a breakthrough much like England did. Expect a low scoring game, with Tunisia desperate not to lose, and playing with eleven men behind the ball.

Best Bet: Belgium to WIN 1-0 or 2-0 - 21/10 (WilliamHill)

South Korea - Mexico
23rd June 16:00

Bottom of the group South Korea face off against top side Mexico in the first game of the second round of matches in group F. Mexico will be hoping to continue their brilliant form after their win over Germany, whereas South Korea will be hoping for a better display this time around.

Young player of the tournament?
Last Time:

South Korea 0-1 Sweden
Mexico 1-0 Germany

South Korea were beaten in a fairly comprehensive 1-0. Korea offered little going forward and many felt it was only a matter of time until Sweden punished them. The goal came from an Andreas Granqvist penalty in the 65th minute, and the captains strike made it fairly easy for the Swedes to defend their lead.
Son to provide for Korea
The shock of the World Cup so far came when Mexico completely outplayed the holders Germany. Mexico have perhaps been the most exciting team so far, as their young attacking lineup kept the ball and punished the lacklustre Germany. 22 year old Hirving Lozano was the player of the match and he grabbed his goal after 35 minutes. Many expected Germany to overpower Mexico in the second half, but the Mexico side held strong and should have scored more.

Pre Match Predictions:
Mexico will be expected to win again if they can replicate any of their performance against Germany. South Korea will need to avoid defeat and will have to attack at some point, as Mexico are surely favourites to score. Korea will need more from Son, and he may have more luck than against the defensive Swedes. Both teams to score looks likely with a Mexico win the most likely.

Best Bet: Mexico win and BTTS - 15/4 (bet365)

Germany - Sweden
23rd June 19:00

Germany will go into this match on a low after their defeat to Mexico. However, they are desperate to win to stand a chance of qualifying. Sweden already have a win to their names, but this came against the weakest side in the group and they will want to show they can do it against the very best today.

Werner to be better this time
Last Time:

Germany 0-1 Mexico
Sweden 1-0 South Korea

Germany were beyond bad in their first match of the tournament. They offered very little and were outplayed by Mexico all over the pitch. The elder statesmen of the side looked a step off the pace, with Sami Khedira and Toni Kroos being particularly poor in midfield. Timo Werner was isolated up front and will need support from invisible Mesut Ozil if Germany are going to have any chance of scoring.
Marcus Berg to threaten
Sweden were as solid as ever against Korea. The experienced side could have scored more as they saw off the weaker Korean team. Marcus Berg looked lively up front, and with Granqvist captaining the side, the Swedes look like a difficult proposition for any side.

Pre Match Predictions:
Germany will be determined to show the world that their last display was a one off. They are expected to come good against local rivals Sweden. Low scoring is to be expected again, and Mario Gomez may need to see more minutes this time around to give Germany a plan B. Sweden will be organised again but will struggle to score against a side that somehow only conceded once in their poor display against Mexico.

Best Bet: Germany to Win to NIL - 29/20 (BetVictor)

Day 14. Group E - Final Round. SRB - BRA. SUI - CRC.

Pasamela! Day 14. Game 43 and 44. Group E Serbia - Brazil 27th June 19:00 Pre tournament favourites Brazil go into their final game of group E knowing a point will be enough to see them through. Serbia will probably need to win, as a draw would only be enough if Costa Rica were to beat Switzerland by two goals. Coutinho for 3 in 3? Last Time: Serbia 1-2 Switzerland Brazil 2-0 Costa Rica Serbia will be extremely disappointed with the manner of their defeat to Switzerland last time out. A draw would have been perfect for them, yet they allowed Switzerland to counter and win the game in the final minutes. Mitrovic looked dangerous again and put Serbia in front in the first half. Serbia did however look frail in defence, something that one would not have been expecting before the tournament. Mitrovic to bully Brazil Brazil scored twice late on last time out against Costa Rica. It was once again an unconvincing performance from Brazil, who were

Day 8. Denmark - Australia. France - Peru. Argentina - Croatia.

Pasamela! Day 8. Game 21, 22, and 23. Denmark - Australia 21st June 13:00 Denmark and Australia will go into their second game of the tournament with contrasting emotions. With Denmark on three points, and Australia on none, it is really a must win game of the Aussies. A draw would suit Denmark perfectly with Peru unlikely to get anything from their match against France.  Eriksen to pull the strings Last Time: Denmark 1-0 Peru Australia 1-2 France Group C boasted two very similar, yet entertaining games. Peru were arguably the better side against Denmark, but the Danes held strong with their vast experience at major tournaments proving valuable. One to watch Yussuf Poulsen grabbed the goal, in what was a game that could have gone either way. Super sub Cahill? Australia, like Peru, were very unlucky to be defeated. Australia went into the game as huge underdogs, yet were able to upset the surprisingly stagnant Frenc
